About Us

Established in 2009, Apple-A-Day Dietetics is a dietetic practice offering services in the Logan, Gold Coast and South Brisbane area.

We specialise in weight loss and chronic disease management but also have a special interest and additional training in paediatrics, food intolerances and digestive issues, and a current focus on the ageing population and veterans.

We have strong relationships with local general practitioners and other allied health practitioners, community organisations, hospitals and aged care facilities and through our extensive and ongoing training we are well equipped us to provide expert nutritional advice and support.

We offer individual consultations, group education and community, aged care and food industry consultancy services. We work from a number of medical centres as well as providing home visits.

Dietitians are the recognised experts in food and nutrition in today’s health industry.  At Apple-A-Day Dietetics, our dietitians possess vast experience within the health industry which ensures a professional and specialised service.  We are able to advise on a wide variety of issues requiring dietary intervention.
